[M2] Maven2 WebSphere 5 plugin

Hi

I want to contribute a WebSphere 5 plugin for Maven 2, and I am currently finalizing up the documentation. What are the necessary steps to follow for Maven 2 contributions?

A WS plugin is probably best suited along with the other application server plugins at the Mojo project[1]. Please read [2] if you would like to submit your plugin there.
