Hello Gobblin Community,

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Gobblin
has invited *Jay Sen* to become a committer, and we are pleased
to announce that Jay has accepted.

Jay has been an active contributor to Gobblin for over two years.
He has been evangelizing Gobblin on different forums, such as
speaking about Gobblin at conferences like ApacheCon, writing
articles on various platforms, writing guides, and consistently
helping users and developers alike on the dev forum.

Congratulations, Jay, very well deserved.
