Moving to Struts

Dear all

I need to move my standard MVC application to the Struts Framework ... Can
anyone tell me the following :

What components will I need to build and what will be available to me via
the Struts library.
What is the average rough effort estimate per component
What is the effort estimate for integration

Any help will be appreciated
