eclipse plugin for OJB

I downloaded the latest eclipse plugin for ojb and I'm wondering how to use it.

I unzipped it in my \eclipse\plugins directory but it doesn't show up anywhere in eclipse when I restart eclipse.

Is there something else I have to do?
