This should fix it in 3.4:

Will commit trunk at later date, I was in the process of cleaning up the whole
URIDNSBL.pm spaghetti, discovered this bug myself too..

Also fixed sbl -> zen usage and added CSS rules:

Sending        rules/50_scores.cf
