[Tobago] 1st alpha of 2.0.0

Hi,

the most work is done until now to come to a new Tobago major version.

I would like to release the first alpha version now.
The plan for the next weeks is, to make some alpha and beta releases to
come to a final 2.0.0.

Are there any problems disagreeing the alpha release?

Regards,

Udo
