[jira] [Commented] (YETUS-114) Add no-op build tool for projects that don't have one.

Allen Wittenauer commented on YETUS-114:
----------------------------------------

I'm +1, but I'll admit I'm a bit nervous/have mixed feelings about nobuild_executor. I wish there was some way we could use some sort of (cmd) || true -type construct here. But on the flip-side, the personality could also replace nobuild_executor with something more appropriate if they wished. (and with _executor now taking the test type as a parameter, that's very doable).

So yeah, commit away.

> For projects that don't have a build tool (*ahem*) we should still be able to do some nominal checks.
