When starting the microservice linkis-ps-publicservice, JDBCUtils.getDriverClassName NPE
Specific exception stack: Durid throws a null pointer error

具体异常栈：Durid抛出空指针错误

Due to the configuration problem of linkis-ps-publicservice, modify the three parameters at the beginning of linkis.properties hive.meta:
linkis-ps-publicservice配置问题导致的，修改linkis.properties hive.meta开头的三个参数：
