Description:
Need to switch over to using regular ints instead of BigIntegers in the Message framework.  There is no reason why we have too support BigIntegers because the protocol only allows upto a maximum of the 4 byte two's compliment max on a traditional int.  Big blooper to use BigInteger here.  Should switch over soon after getting stubbed server up.  Need to do this in a separate branch all together.  Changes ripple into everything else from here.
