It would be convenient if SQL keywords (and perhaps also table names, column names, etc.) were auto-completed when hitting tab within datafusion-cli, with optional formatting to upper or lowercase depending on the user's preference.

Implement tab completion for SQL keywords.

I havent added that datafusion-tui yet but it is something i had in mind. I created an [issue](https://github.com/datafusion-contrib/datafusion-tui/issues/90) for this and will look into it.
