Cleanup of Wiki frontpage

Now that the maven reorg is done, I'm trying to do some cleanup of the
older sections.

I'm dropping the obsolete stuff into

http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/Obsolete/older_MyFaces_Development_pages

Some of the project management tasks aren't marked as done, but a
quick look seems to indicate that they've all been accomplished.

I wasn't sure if http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/Building_a_Release is
obsolete or not, so I left it alone.   Maybe someone else can take a
look.   My guess is that it's no longer correct.
