   ## Summary
   
   Add missing ROM functions from linker and header files on ESP32. Also clear unused functions from ESP32 SPI Flash source files.
   
   ## Impact
   
   Decreased file size of SPI Flash source.
   
   ## Testing
   
   Tested on ESP32-DevKitC.
