Warehouse#getTablePath() takes a DB and a table name. This means it will generate the wrong path for external tables. This can cause a problem if you have an external table on the local file system and HDFS is not currently running when trying to gather statistics.

getTablePath() should take in the table and see if it's external and has a location before just assuming it's a managed table.
