[Bug 70142] POI 5.2.2 throws a RecordFormatException while opening an XLSX workbook due to the 100,000,000-byte allocation limit enforced by IOUtils.toByteArrayWithMaxLength().

This is a bug tracker not a discussion forum.
We can't advise on the settings, Try out some different ones for yourself.
If you read POI security guidance, we strongly advise against taking untrusted
xlsx files and parsing them.
