Nifty Corners only has a reference in the showcase, so I added credit in the showcase NOTICE.txt file.
Dojo has references everywhere, so I added it to core NOTICE.txt.

The weird one here is domTT.  It only has a reference in core/pom.xml and that is to exclude it as part of the rat plugin (rat checks for ASL in files) check.  So I didn't add credit anywhere since we aren't actually using it.
