[Introduction] Aman Mittal - interested in improving UI/UX of Apache Trusted Releases Tooling

Hi All,

I am Aman, Full Stack Developer, as i was exploring the ATR for current release of Apache Fineract as committer.

I found some UI/UX related bugs and volunteer to contribute to and writing here as a heads up before creating any PR.
 
A committer doesnt know what he can do and what cannot until he performs a action
- This is what i needed to figuring out and also needed help from PMC member to do some stuff - (Like uploading release files for ATR verification) We can inform early in UI based on their raster that user is not a release manager yet. So get help from PMC.
- While uploading keys and associating with a project PMC. If PMC didnt opted or ATR (it shows managed via SVN) it doesn't give any info what he can do. I am thinking to give a message to ask a PMC member or User who is already pmc to opt in.
- Add a user section (clickable) to see what PMCs he is associated to.

These are some of the issues i am planning for raising PR against. 
I will create github issue soon. Sending here for introducing myself.
