Link to a different webspace folder

Hello!
I have a little webserver running. Due to my small bandwith i wanna put the
big files (swf, jpg, etc..) on a other webspace account, like crosswinds.net
or xoom.
This must be a common problem, and i thought about mounting a ftp folder,
but well, ftp is not too secure!
I want to keep my folder structure, and i do not want to link all my
pictures to, lets say, http://crosswinds.net/myaccount/folderlala/file.jpg.

Is there a simple way?
Any ideas would be great!

Thanks, Spiekey
