UNION ALL issue

I'm unable to do more than 1 UNION, is this a known issue that I can track?  If not how can I create this issue?

Select * from A
UNION ALL
Select * from B
UNION ALL
Select * from C

I noticed there was no test for this case in github so perhaps it's an oversight…
