The module is a modification of  camel-manual module of Apache Camel; therefore, it's inclusion in another Apache project should be straightforward.

Possible (non-software) issues to consider before committing:

1) the module uses an Apache Camel subproject "maven-html-to-pdf" that in turns uses a closed source xml->pdf converter.
1.1) Is it acceptable?
1.2) Can the pdf produced be published as ASF project in a maven repository?

2) The module reuses and modifies code that are part of the camel-manual module of Apache Camel. One of the files contains the following copyright notice:
