JK or JK2 ? (conflicting Tomcat docs)

Can anyone explain why the page:

http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/faq/connectors.html#vs

recommends JK over JK2, while the page:

http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-doc/config/jk.html

makes the opposite recommendation?

Which is correct? (And if this is a documentation bug, is there a way
to report that?)

Thanks!

Maybe the next time you do it, we can keep the docs here...

Wrong mailing list, I think. Try tomcat-user for questions and
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla (Tomcat category) to report bugs.

As a side note, I've personally found the Tomcat docs on the connectors to
be horrid. Self-contradicting, often obsolete, links to downloads that
don't exist. This is still my number one timesink when building a new
server.
