   the guide seems to be based on the CND cluster which was from before NetBeans got donated to apache. Unfortunately the CND cluster never made it into apache netbeans, maybe one day it will.
   
   CND is still available via the old NetBeans 8.2 plugin portal which can be enabled in the settings under tools -> plugins. It may or may not work with current versions of NetBeans. It is currently not possible to fix any bugs in this area since CND is not in the repository.
