GSoC: Implement the StAX XMLStreamWriter

Hi devs/Michael Glavassevich;

I am Loris D'Avanzo, a master degree student in computer science at
University of Salerno.

I'm very interested to the GSoC project "implement StAX XMLStreamWriter",
and I have attached a draft of my proposal development, it would be great
if
you can provide feedback about.
I found a solution to many of my questions in the discussions found in
