Set UserKnownHostsFile to ensure deploying and SSHing into a VPC works
This addresses this issue: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/28002443/cluster-hangs-in-ssh-ready-state-using-spark-1-2-ec2-launch-script
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
