Launch4J used to build CayenneModeler.exe has a LGPL component statically linked to the .exe. Once we transfer code to the incubator we need to get rid of it.

1. At the minimum we should move the Windows build out of Cayenne into a separate ObjectStyle.org project. 
2. Ideally we should find license-compatible replacement. Please post your suggestions.
