Hello,
I was able to replicate the issue by downloading the original attachment and
printing it using this configuration:

MacOSX El Capitan 10.11.6
OpenOffice 4.1.3
OKI B6300 printer
OKI MC352 printer(but since the attached original file was not printable from
this one, I decided to use only the other printer)

Original reporter stated also additional issues (printing to PDF is causing
sometimes same problem - I wasnt able to reproduce)

- First, I tried to play with attached original file and tested different page
sizes, different column widths, adding/removing text etc. The issue was still
there, no matter what I did.

- Then I tried printing the file on another printer I have available. On this
one, I got an error (saying, that I have wrong paper loaded in tray - this is
caused by changing sizes to not supported dimensions).

- Problem persists also when I change the document to be 3 column, instead of
2. In that case, right part of the page is printed as it should be, only lower
part of the page is missing few centimeters piece.

steps I used:
1) Go to Format -> Table -> Columns (choose either 2 or 3, depends on scenario)
2) In the same popup window, go to tab "Page"
3) Here define different page format dimensions(Width, Height - depends on
scenario)
4) Fill in 1 page of text into the document
4) Press OK and print it

Here are some of the Page formats I tested(Width x Height):

14x29 didnt work(I got error on both printers and from now on using only the
B6300)
13x28 was printable(with the problem present)
11x26 was printable(Every time I decreased Width and Height of Page format,
there was different portion of document missing)
8x24 - when used this format, finally the text was printed whole. Although it
is really small and not well formatted(due to fact, that text needs to be
stretched on two pages instead of one)

I also tried Windows 10 with OO 4.1.3, just to be sure and I was able to
replicate the issue even on windows.
