Doctype.getInternalSubset() does not report Name of Notation

Summary: Doctype.getInternalSubset() does not report Name of
                    Notation
           Product: Xerces2-J
           Version: 2.0.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: DOM
        AssignedTo: xerces-j-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: andreas.schoedl@softwareag.com

document.getDoctype.getInternalSubset() does not report the name of notations
in the internal subset. e.g. <NOTATION FM SYSTEM ""> becomes <NOTATION
SYSTEM ''> . Maybe this happens only when System Identifier is the empty string?

Sidenote: getNodeName() on the Notation nodes themselves gives the correct
value.
