Fixed with [PR 666|https://github.com/apache/systemml/pull/666] and website commit [ada6746|https://github.com/apache/systemml-website/commit/ada674608be074f4c5f64a7fdd8ac39731544a95]. Keeping JIRA open since renamed python artifact not available at [sparktc latest|https://sparktc.ibmcloud.com/repo/latest/].
