[ANN] Maven project info reports plugin 2.0.1 for Maven 2 released

Only one bug fix, but an annoying one

MPIR-2 Dependencies report throws NullPointerException when a
transitive dependency has system scope

To update your projects you can explicitly set the 2.0.1 version or
run mvn with -up to update *all* your plugins
