[jira] Resolved: (JCR-738) Would be nice increase the major version number

Jukka Zitting resolved JCR-738.
-------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix
      Assignee: Jukka Zitting

The generated version numbers are implementation-specific and a client application should not try to associate extra semantics on it. Use the version label mechanism for more semantic version numbers.

So, I'm resolving this as Won't Fix.
