Upgrading from 0.33 to 0.34 under Windows

Hi,
 
  I want to make sure I understand the implications of updating from
version 0.33 to 0.34 of subversion under windows.
 
  Am I right in assuming that my 0.33 repository is "incompatible" with
version 0.34?
 
  Will the Windows installer handle "converting" my repository or will I
have to follow the instructions in the Subversion documentation to
convert the repository "manually"?
 
  Are there any Windows specific issues in handling such a migration of
the repository?

yes

For now, you must dump and restore manually.
