   Hmm, 1) could we reuse the PostgreSQL case in integration.yml, and 2) I wonder if we could just parameterize part of a pipeline since I think there's no need to rebuild everything so many times - we only need to run the tests multiple times. (Or just copy-paste the 'test' step in that pipeline...)
