dev list silence

Hi

A lot of awesome work is being done in Metron but the dev list is very silent. Would be great to announce the stuff that’s being worked upon or design reviews and proposals. For example the DSL is a nice piece of work but the 1st time something was announced was the merge. The JIRA was created yesterday ….

We might be able to get more participation with stuff done on the mailers.

Hey Debo,

There is active review on the github PR pages for incoming JIRAs.  For
instance, the transformation DSL that you're speaking of isn't actually
merged, it's just a submitted PR.  I'm happy to answer questions and have
discussion there (and that will get cross listed to the dev list too,
actually).  In fact, it looks like you have already asked some on that
page, so I'll be addressing those issues today.
