LOG4J2-1000 Encrypt log files on the fly

Hi All,

As I've mentioned in the past, I've had this feature sitting here since our
SVN days and I plan starting to commit changes. At least the basement
changes so I do not have such a large change set going at once. This will
help flush out the higher level pieces, especially configuration.

In the long run, it would be great to offer a combination of choices:

- encrypt and/or compress on the fly
- encrypt and/or compress on rollover

Cheers,
Gary
