[I] Manual "Trigger Dag" dialog doesn't persist while auto-refresh is active [airflow]

   ### What happened and how to reproduce it?
   
   1. Have a Dag which is in running state.
   2. On the Dags list page, trigger any other Dag manually and see the dailog box is not persisting due to auto-refresh and hence use is not able to trigger the Dag unless he acts too fast.

   I'm looking into this issue and will try to reproduce the behavior on the latest `3.4.0b1` branch. I'll share my findings here once I've investigated further.
