[VOTE] Release Apache Weex (Incubating) 0.29.0-RC1

The Apache Weex community has voted and approved the proposal to release Apache Weex (Incubating) version 0.29.0-RC1, we now kindly request the Incubator PMC members to review and vote on this incubator release.

Hi Justin,

I think that Weex has one active PPMC member and perhaps one Mentor. I think that Myrle resigned long ago, but she is still on the Mentor list.

I think that Weex has two choices.

(1) Retire.
(2) Reboot the PPMC. They are getting some contributions via PRs on Github. Are there two or three new PPMC members from Github or the committer list (12 not on the PPMC)?

HI,

I also see only 1 +1 vote in the thread in your dev list normally you need 3 +1 votes from PPMC members before bring it t the IPMC to vote on. I suggest you ask your mentors and other PPMC to vote on the dev list and cancel this vote here on the incubator list.
