clear for 1.3.3 tarball

I'm done with all my changes to the current release.  The current tree
has been tested extensively on Solaris 2.5 and works great -- I think
that ap_bhalfduplex fix might have removed a memory leak as well,
or maybe it was the getline trim of useless whitespace.  Tested with
Navigator 4.06 and MSIE 4.01 and telnet.

Is this the use of the term "clear" seen on TV
where the surgical staff draws back as the 
handsome young surgeon then attempts to reanimate
the lovely corpse with big paddles?  Dr. Martin?
