  I'm afraid we simply provide a list of resources in the .msi, and it's up
  to the microsoft installer to roll them back cleanly.  Presume this is
  a bug in your version of the msi installer, or you still had a service
  running when it attempted to uninstall (we shut down and delete the one
  we create at install time.)
