Due to popular demand I have uploaded a binary distribution of Xerces
2.2 compiled with Redhat's gcc 2.96.
You can download it from:

which is linked from the Pathan 1.2 download page:

If anyone wants gcc 3.2 compiled copies of Pathan or stable Xerces
release then please email me and I'll bump them up my TODO list (NB we
already do nightly builds of the xerces CVS using gcc 3.2, available at
http://software.decisionsoft.com/nightly/xerces/ )
