Originally I'd have liked to upgrade Hadoop and Spark to 3.4.x and 4.x respectively in the next release, but it also requires us to upgrade JDK to 17 and wait for the compatible version of some components to be released for a while.
So during waiting for that, I'd propose cutting a quick release including the follow things:
 * Add Airflow as a new component
 * Minor upgrades for a few components (Flink, HBase, Spark)

Let me know if you have any comments or proposals.
