Hi, at #apachehelix, we're planning weekly IRC meetings. ASFBot already supports the meeting commands for our channel, but none of us has enough karma to actually start the meeting. Can I receive a persistent karma level 3 so that I don't have to keep asking in #asfinfra for a temporary grant?

My freenode username is kanakb and it is registered. My ASF id is kanak.
