transform pdf to xsl-fo

hi everybody,
I have a quick and maybe simple question ...
Does anybody knows if ther eis a mean to transform a word or a pdf document into an xml and xsl-fo files?

First option - save your word file as word 2000 html and try:

http://wh2fo.sourceforge.net/

Second - I don't know ;(
