Can't create ticket on Apache JIRA

Hi,

for some reason I can't create new tasks on the Apache JIRA site for the
Airflow Project.
As shown in the screenshot below, Airflow does not appear in the drop-down
list between Airvata and Ambari, like it does in the project list. Is this
normal ?

you should update the official documentation, then
https://airflow.apache.org/community/
It still says to use JIRA

This is the expected behavior. We no longer use Jira for new tickets.
Please, use Github Issue.
