## What and why to refactor
The use of "Params" in plugin collectors is now deprecated; PagerDuty is doing it the modern way. [See here|https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/blob/289008f544dc22723772937ca5cd9c44a2c9fb6f/backend/plugins/pagerduty/tasks/incidents_collector.go#L65]
## Describe the solution you'd like
Adapt all remaining Go plugins to use that scheme. The PR [commit|https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/pull/4906/commits/b92b92dea3ee1ecdd24a9501baeaf5b035097ad7#diff-65545c25094ff3ea34fd01076ddc6cda0fa2686a45b518cb5bcc5713366bb1f4] already had this work done (and more) but was closed for other reasons.
