[I] Remove compilation from `kogito-maven-plugin` [incubator-kie-issues]

yesamer opened a new issue, #2193:

   remove compilation from execution of kogito-maven-plugin
   ensure the plugin during "process-resources" phase, so that next plugins (springboot vs quarkus vs maven compiler)
   ensure generated sources are always dumped on target/generated-sources (depends on dependency manager )
   ensure projects/examples are correctly updated to reflect that
