More on Eclipse and switch from T2.1 to T2.3

When I switched my project from one base directory holding T2.1 TDK to
another holding TDK 2.2 with all the T2.3 dev libs substituted in, I had a
problem.

That was until I remembered I had another project under this TDK home and it
was the one producing the messages, not my carefully converted project. Yuo
cannot distinguish between instances running in term sof the messages they
putout in Exclipses Console window. With the ability to restrict yuor view
to just the one project in Eclipse you can forget about any others in that
tomcat home.

Of course Tomcat starts all instances so you have to have the full lib
directory from T2.3 dev copied to all WEB-INF/lib directories in all
projects under that Tomcat home. You also have to make the changes to all
TR.props for all projects and ditto for log4j.props.

Lesson learned.
