Start Tomcat automatically.

Thanks to all for the previous help.
If I'm not mistaken, tomcat should start 1st b4 apache is started is it
correct?
If it is correct, how am I suppose to start tomcat automatically b4 apache
is start?
FYI, I'm running Windows 2000 and my Apache starts automatically when I
start my comp.
