SSL support

Hi, 

trying to set up SSL support based on the documentation I get a class 
not found exception on the DefaultSsl class which is proposed in the 
docs. What happened?

For the trunk I'm way behind on the documentation, DefaultSsl has been
renamed to DefaultSslConfiguration. Besides that it should work in
similar ways.
