   Updates the Alpakka S3 connector to v1.0 from 0.19 release
   
   ## Description
   Updates the Alpakka S3 connector to stable release. It brings in support for retries and other changes. With 1.0 there is now no `S3Client` and instead custom config is to be provided via stream attributes
