License headers in many (all?) cTAKES Java source files are JavaDoc comments but should be block comments:

Should be:

Actual:

 * regarding copyright ownership.  The ASF licenses this file

Mind the extra star in the first line that should be removed.

With the star present, the license may be picked up as the JavaDoc for classes that do not have an additional JavaDoc block directly before the `class` keyword.
