   I understand it's the ZK team's expectation to get a "green" build on Jenkins for PRs before merging, but in this case, there's literally nothing of value a Jenkins build could offer for this PR, since the only file changed is Travis CI config file, which has no impact on anything else in the repository other than the Travis builds... which *did* get a green build.
   
   The only thing that can be accomplished by kicking off more Jenkins builds for this change set is to waste shared Jenkins build resources and to delay ARM64 builds from being activated for other PRs. I recommend merging on the basis of the green Travis build.
